Ruth Whitmire approaches counseling with a belief that all people are intended for deep and meaningful relationships. She has worked with clients of all ages and concerns and has a special heart for working with adolescents and young adults struggling with family of origin issues, anxiety, depression, adjustment/transition, grief, and trauma. Ruth is a professing Christian and views her faith as the foundation of her counseling practice. Ruth is from Wilmington, Delaware, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.
