Lou values personal self-care with specific interests in trauma healing, depression, anxiety, childhood neglect, healing your inner critic, spiritual wounds, and unpredictable family relationships. Lou's goal is to foster an environment of dignity and respect by providing a safe place to freely struggle and process hardships you may be facing. Lou primarily works with individuals, adolescents, and families.
