Lou Carmichael values personal self-care with specific interests in trauma healing, depression, anxiety, childhood neglect, healing your inner critic, spiritual wounds, and unpredictable family relationships. Lou's goal is to foster an environment of dignity and respect by providing a safe place to struggle and process hardships you may be facing.   • Continued training in the areas of Mindfulness Meditation (2017), Dialectical behavior therapy (2016), Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training (2015), Internal Family Systems (Level I and II) (2014), and ASIST: Applied Suicide Intervention Training (2009).
