Jordan
Holbrook
LPC, MA OF COUNSELING
Sees clients in limited states and internationally
With over 8 years of experience counseling adults, Jordan brings a warm and compassionate approach to helping clients navigate the complexities of life and mental health. She specializes in EMDR therapy as a means to treat trauma-based challenges and disorders, with additional training in using EMDR to effectively treat anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). In addition to these specialties, Jordan works with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, life transitions, relational challenges, identity development, perfectionism, personal growth, career challenges, spiritual concerns, challenges unique to those working in ministry, and more. While her clinical work is rooted in evidence-based practices, she takes great care to tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Jordan’s approach is distinctly holistic. Rather than viewing concerns in isolation, she explores all dimensions of a client’s health (emotional, mental, physical, relational, environmental, vocational, and spiritual) to understand how these areas intersect and support one another. She believes that by working with the whole person, clients can make more meaningful and lasting progress toward their goals, often more efficiently than through a narrowly focused approach.
Jordan currently lives in North Carolina with her husband and three children. Outside of her counseling work, Jordan enjoys hiking, pursuing creative projects, and spending time with her friends and family.
