Global Counseling Network is a faith-based, online counseling company that helps anyone,  anywhere move toward health, wholeness, and flourishing. Over several years, GCN has established a sterling record in the counseling industry, along with a global footprint. Our ‘secret sauce’ is being a counselor-first organization so that we can be a client-first organization  where both counselor and client flourish. • Present: You have the unique ability to be fully engaged in your time with clients in ways  that communicate trust, understanding, empathy, safety, and trust. 

• Attuned: You have an ability to connect with yourself and others as a co-journer (co sojourner) and are skilled at guiding clients through a coherent, authentic, and  boundaried therapeutic process. 

• Continually Growing: You are actively and continually seeking to understand yourself,  others, and the counseling field in order to better serve those around you.

• Trauma-informed: You are able to help clients back into safety and restoration after  profound loss and trauma.  

We are currently looking for licensed, provisionally licensed, and pastoral counselors in all 50 states. Our future counselors should be formally trained in an accredited Master of Counseling program (or adjacent degree) and have supervised counseling experience. They will maintain state licensure and insurance as required by their particular discipline (licensed or pastoral counseling) and state. Our counselors can expect to set their own hours and rates, define the type(s) of clients they’re hoping to see, draft their own bios for our website, and be able to thrive in a collaborative environment, helping and encouraging their peers. We are looking for a counselor who could carry at least 8 clients through GCN.
