Many wounds occur through relationships, and it is through relationship where they can be restored. Though not easy, many of those I work with begin to take risks, experience more meaningful relationships, and even a greater sense of joy in life. Real change is possible and I'd love to walk that path with you.

I'm not a perfect person nor a perfect counselor. It is through my own individual and marriage counseling that I find most of my resources and my posture toward others. As a client, I was helped in my own journey through, Emotionally Focused Therapy and EMDR.

In our time together you will have a safe and confidential space to explore your concerns together. Relational pain, anxiety, and unwanted compulsions are not something we can fix in the privacy of our mental processes. Rather, we combat these things in the context of non-anxious and nonjudgmental conversation, and discover together a path toward healing and wholeness.
