Janel Wildermuth

LPC, MA of Counseling

Janel Wildermuth aims to help her clients engage their emotions and explore what it means to grow as a whole person. Janel seeks to join her clients in their pain and help them experience the reality that they are not alone. To provide individualized care, she employs an integrative counseling approach incorporating interpersonal processes, Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and emotion-focused therapies. Janel values helping individuals engage with difficult memories and feelings while providing them structures and resources to experience calmness in their bodies. She works with women, teens, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relational difficulties, marriage and family concerns, spirituality, attachment, trauma, and life transitions. She hopes her clients will learn to use their voices as they make sense of their pain and joy.
