How to Bill and Receipt Young Life Staff

Simple is good. Global Counseling Network and Young Life have teamed up to try to provide you with clear and concise steps ensure that all staff are cared for well.

STEP one - Bill Client

Similar to any other client, bill after the session.

STEP two - Fill out Young Life specific Receipt

Follow the instructions on the below diagram. After filling out, save PDF file as a JPEG so that it cannot be further edited.

IMPORTANT: Discuss with client what the preferred Procedure/Diagnosis Code is. See example below.

STEP Three - Return to client

GCN Policy is to send the receipt back to the client with 2-3 business days. 

This is important to get the reimbursement process and funds back to the client.
