Lee Anne Bingham

LPC, MA OF COUNSELING

Do you feel stuck and overwhelmed? Are you struggling with relationships? Do you find yourself in the midst of heavy life transitions?  Sitting with individuals who desire to pursue change and freedom in various areas of life is one of Lee Anne’s greatest passions.  Walking through life’s valleys and difficult seasons can leave someone feeling alone, frustrated, overwhelmed, and lost. Navigating through challenges from a biblical perspective can help bring hope and true freedom.

Lee Anne has worked closely with those struggling to overcome addiction, trauma, sexual abuse, maternal mental health, anxiety, codependency, depression, and family of origin issues.  Her therapeutic approach also includes EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing), which many clients report have brought about the changes they have been hoping for. EMDR therapy can help with: traumatic experiences, mood and stress issues, social anxieties, specific fears and phobias, and performance issues.

Lee Anne and her family love the community they have found in San Antonio.  They are actively involved in their church.  When not meeting with clients, Lee Anne is outdoors with her husband and two young boys, enjoying hikes, nerf gun battles, and occasional moments of quiet.
