John Sell

 Licensed Professional Counselor

MA in Counseling

I have a general counseling practice working with individuals, couples, and families struggling with problems such as depression, anxiety, sexuality, infidelity, and other relational issues.  I have particular expertise in couples, parent-child relations, and adolescents.  My approach involves striving to understand how development and relationships gave rise to current struggles and how this history reveals your resilience and points the way toward healing in the present.  This tact draws heavily on the theories of attachment, psychodynamics, and family systems.
